TEACHING EXPERIENCE :-

Worked as Lecturer in SHALAKYA TANTRA from 28-06-1977 to 31-01-2005 at S.R.M. State Ayurvedic College Bareilly U.P. India.

Working as Guru/Professor in NATIONAL ACADEMY OF AYURVEDA AN AUTONOMOUS ORGANISATION under, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Deptt, of Ayush Govt. of India New Delhi.

RESEARCH WORKS :-

First time in Ayurveda worked on premedication Role of Shankpushpi and Jalnimb as medication before anesthesia, Thesis submitted in 1975 for Post Graduation Degree (D.AY.M) BH.U. Varanasi, Now, a Separate department in anesthesia (Sangya Haran) is established in BHU, Varanasi.

CONTRIBUTION TO ANORECTAL SURGERY :-

The operative results of Anorectal diseases are not much satisfactory due recurrences and various post operative complications, The results of Kshar Sutra treatment in anorectal disorders is excellent with high cure rate and nominal recurrences and complications. Besides anal fistula, and haemorahoids other anal diseases like rectal polyp, Sentinal Piles, Chronic non healing anal fissure,

Pilonidal sinus, rectal prolapse, post operative anal stenosis is treated successfully by Kshar Sutra . 500 Cases of chronic Anal fissure has been treated by Kshar Sutra from 2002 to march 2012 with high care rate of 98.0%. This is one of the great contributions of this center to anal surgery. 07 cases of post operative Anal Stenosis has been treated by Kshar Sutra during Last two years. Two cases of Anorectal carcinoma are diagnosed and referred to higher center per month from this center.
